The event which was held at the newly renovated Pewterers' Hall in London, recognized excellence in construction skills, training, and career development.
In the Best Apprentice (25+) category, Callum Cruse Morrel (Chesterfield Assistant Estimator) and Alec Rae (Falkirk Quantity Surveying Apprentice) both earned Highly Commended awards, showcasing their exceptional dedication to their roles. Jose Castro, a standout performer, won the Best Performance in Continual Improvement (25+) award for his stellar work as Project Manager at River Dane and Purton Water Treatment Works. His continuous professional growth has set a high bar within CRL.
The highlight of the evening was Len Bool, CRL's Group Training Manager, winning the Company Commitment to Training award. In just over a year in her role, Len has made a tremendous impact, driving CRL's culture of continuous learning and workforce development. The LRCTG Awards spotlight excellence in construction training and recognize organizations and individuals making significant contributions to the sector.
