Asset Maintenance
CRL specialise in the maintenance of external building facades in both the commercial, industrial and public sectors using the latest materials and techniques to improve thermal efficiency, aesthetics, and reduce future maintenance costs .
The building condition surveys are undertaken by our sister company, CRL Surveys Ltd, which is UKAS Accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 registration number 2728. Using a UKAS Accredited business demonstrates due diligence and ensures the technical competence and integrity of the organisation.
Building maintenance often requires a whole range of services and many of these are provided in-house by our own directly employed staff and operatives. This includes structural engineering, facade fabric repairs, structural strengthening, anchor systems, coatings, basement waterproofing and liquid applied waterproof membranes for balconies and roofs.
We also undertake basement waterproofing for new construction and our current contracts include the application of sheet waterproof membranes for several stations on the new Melbourne Metro.
