Nick Lauricella
General Manager

Nick Lauricella is the General Manager at CRL Australia, bringing over 20 years of experience in delivering complex civil, rail, building, tunnelling, water infrastructure projects across Australia.A qualified Civil Engineer, Nick has built a strong reputation for leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving project excellence from concept to completion. His expertise spans structural remediation, concrete protection, water and wastewater treatment plant upgrades, and mechanical and electrical (M&E) construction. Throughout his career, Nick has overseen all stages of the project lifecycle from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover, consistently ensuring outcomes that are safe, on time, and within budget.Since joining CRL in 2018, Nick has played a key role in the company’s growth and successful expansion into the Australian market. His career has encompassed leadership positions including Senior Project Manager, Integration Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Construction Manager, Operations Manager, and now General Manager. Nick combines technical knowledge with strategic leadership, fostering collaboration, safety, and innovation across every project he leads.

Martin Swift
Construction Manager

Martin brings over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering industry across Australia and the UK, with a career spanning marine structures, sea defences, highways, rail infrastructure, and high-rise superstructure construction. Starting out as a Site Engineer, he progressed to Senior Project Manager before transitioning into planning and programming roles in the UK. Now based in Australia as a Construction Manager, Martin combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver complex infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

James Noonan
Project Manager

James Noonan is an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years in delivering multidisciplinary construction projects across Australia, Ireland, the UK, and France. He specialises in managing full project lifecycles, with expertise in structural strengthening, concrete repairs, waterproofing, M&E construction, and wastewater infrastructure. James has a strong track record in meeting safety, quality, budget, and timeline objectives while ensuring SHEQ compliance and effectively managing stakeholders, subcontractors, and project costs.

Robert Piciocco
Site manager

Robert Piciocco is a seasoned Site Manager with 30+ years’ expertise in civil, commercial, industrial, and remedial construction. Proficient in concrete and steel structures, structural remediation, and carbon fibre strengthening of major bridges and industrial facilities. Experienced in procurement, project planning, subcontractor coordination, safety management, and VicRoads QA compliance. Strong leader with a proven record of delivering projects to the highest QHS&E standards, while remaining hands-on when required.

Trent Sloane 
Site Manager

Trent Sloane is a Site Manager with over 20 years of experience in mining, infrastructure, transport, and remedial construction. Since joining CRL in 2022, he has specialised in concrete repair and maritime infrastructure, leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects. Trent is recognised for his strong focus on safety, quality, and team development, consistently delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Sanjay Patel
Managing Director

Sanjay Patel is the Managing Director, leading the organisation’s overall strategy, growth, and commercial direction. He is accountable for steering high-level decision-making, strengthening client relationships, and positioning the business for long-term success. Sanjay is respected for his decisive leadership and ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution, guiding the company toward sustainable growth and industry relevance.

Adrian Pike
Global Framework Director

Adrian Pike is the Global Framework Director, responsible for driving consistency and alignment across international operations. His role focuses on shaping strategic frameworks, strengthening governance, and ensuring that global initiatives are executed with efficiency and cohesion. Adrian is known for his ability to integrate cross-border teams and establish scalable processes that deliver measurable outcomes for the business worldwide.

SHEQ & Southern Regional Director

Steve Jones is the SHEQ Southern Regional Director, overseeing safety, health, environment, and quality performance across the region. He plays a key role in implementing compliance frameworks, driving continuous improvement, and embedding a strong safety culture in operations. Steve is recognised for his proactive leadership style and commitment to ensuring that regional projects meet the highest standards of operational integrity.
